If You Give a Boss Some Boots

If you give a Boss some boots, then he will probably want a cookie.

When he eats his cookie, he will remember that milk goes great with cookies and want a glass of milk.

As he drinks his milk, he will think about cows.

Thinking about cows will make him want to go to a DFA YC Dairy conference.

When he gets to the conference, he will see lots of farmers.

All the farmers will remind him that he needs his boots!

Not a Crafter

The week started out with a present from the Godmother. Oh the joy!

But, with school creeping around the corner, it means I need to think about dressing up my classroom. That meant a trip to Hobby Lobby, or Hobba Lobbala as the Monkey says. The girls loved the trip and oohed and aahed over everything with several comments about Christmas wishes. The Boss on the other hand was less than pleased with the trip. 

His comment was as follows:

A Little of This and a Little of That

Last week was a blur in my mind not because I don't remember it, but because most of it was spent in the car. The Queen had her Summer Dance Intensive, so there was a lot of this...

and even more of that...

as we tried to get race out the door.

In the end though, it was quite worth it. After just one week of practice, they put on quite the show for the parents.

But that wasn't all that went on last week. No sir! We don't sit on our tooty-tas around here, please! While the Queen was dancing the day away, we were doing a little bit of this...

Whew! Yeah, it was quite the week. So in the end some of us had to do a little bit of this...

Oh well, not everyone can keep up!
